
The Zenimer® Platform, Zenitechıs "X"
group of products, is the exciting achievement of our efforts to
alter the polarity and molecular flexibility of a class of
compounds specifically developed for hair care.
Phase one of this breakthrough technology
is the reaction of any natural oil into a water-soluble
compound. Phase two is the development of a proprietary
6000-molecular-weight silicone that boosts foam and is
completely water- soluble, both critical to volumizing and
comb-through. The final phase is the synergistic combination of
the separate compounds to form the "X" group of products.

THE Zeniwax® Technology
We alter solubilities with natural
ingredients. All waxes are 100% natural and USP quality. The Octyl
Dodecanol is naturally derived from coconut oil and the fruit oils are
cold-pressed to retain their natural benefits. We then select the
proper oil phase, which, when put into our final product, acts as a
delivery system.

The Better Cosmetic Polymer
Zenigloss® is a Patented Technology
that produces a complex polymer formed by a two-step process
that reacts Castor Oil, Succinic Anhydride, and Isostearic Acid.
Step One polymerizes units of
castor oil with succinic acid, creating branched polyesters
that wonıt wash away and yet leave no build-up in hair.
Step Two reacts the polyester with isostearic acid to
remove residual hydroxyl groups, and create a high-gloss
polymer.
Zenigloss is a clear, lightly colored, viscous
liquid, recommended for use at 0.251% in the oil phase of
product emulsion. In conditioners, shine sprays, and
conditioning shampoos, Zenigloss leaves hair with an
extremely high-gloss shine.
Q-Technology provides the
formulator with even more possibilities. To improve
substantivity, we give Zenigloss a "positive charge,"
making it a quat! The result is a whole new class of products -
Castor Polyester Quats. We call it
Zenigloss Q.
Zenigloss Qıs positive
charge adds conditioning and detangling benefits to the
high-gloss shine that Zenigloss provides.
Zenigloss Q is also
available in a water-dispersible version called
Zenigloss Q-SE.
Zenigloss
Q-SE offers chemists even more versatility and flexibility,
plus unprecedented benefits to conditioning, even in dry, color
treated and badly damaged hair. Tested at 50%,
Zenigloss Q and
Q-SE demonstrated
absolutely no irritation to scalp or skin. Based on castor oil,
Zenigloss Q and
Q-SE are the mildest
quats in the industry, enabling formulators to produce the
mildest shampoos and conditioners, with the highest performance
in gloss, foam stability, and comb-through.
